What you'll be doing:Working with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of Azure projects (migration, containerization, transformation)Writing infrastructure as code (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform)Azure environment troubleshooting and setupMeeting customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issuesConfiguring and maintaining backup, monitoring, and alerting systems for multiple clientsInteracting with teams and customers in different time zones for ensuring 24×7 supportLinux/Windows administration, automated deployments, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python)Participating in work sessions with clientsCompleting technical documentationDelivering quality work in agile delivery model in a team environment
Qualifications & Experience:Intermediate/Senior level experience Knowledgeable in networking and securityExperience managing common Azure services (Virtual Machine, Database, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, etc.)Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesKnowledgeable of configuration management frameworks such as PowerShell DSC, Puppet, Chef or AnsibleYou are comfortable interacting with customers and have the ability to communicate effectivelyExperience in basic administration of (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, Azure Cosmos, MongoDB, ElasticSearch)Azure Certification requiredExperience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, ITAR, etc)
Location:Role can work remotely anywhere within the U.S.
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the New York City Pay Transparency Act. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and New York City applicants for this role is $114,000– $165,000 for CO and $131,200– $192,390 for NYC. Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
