We are hiring a Director of Cloud Partnerships to join our global team here at Xsolla. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing external partnerships related to Cloud, and Cloud technologies. As Xsolla grows, this position will expand through new partnership opportunities, while identifying development opportunities within the company. This candidate is not afraid to drive business, loves creating new partnerships, and has an eye or opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIESCreate, and nurture existing relationships with partners in the cloud technologies industry Evaluate the performance of existing partnerships in order to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement strategic plans that align with partner goals and objectivesEstablish effective communication channels with partners in order to foster productive working relationshipsMonitor market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnershipsCommunicate with partner companies on behalf of the organization to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the current status of partnershipsNegotiate new partnerships with potential partners in order to establish mutually beneficial relationshipsMaintain a set of broad and deep external partner relations across multiple industry segment areas where Xsolla has partnershipsCultivate knowledge of the partners’ value propositions, their markets, business challenges, and customer opportunitiesProvide ongoing partner updates to all functional teams within XsollaWork collaboratively with all internal resources as the subject matter expert to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered and maintained

COMPENSATION$200,000 - $300,000 DOE
