Doing Good Differently
Graphite Health is a software company led by a coalition of US healthcare systems intent on digitally transforming healthcare to create a healthier world for all.
Graphite’s interoperability and data standardization products bring efficiencies to health system operations and care delivery, resulting in better patient outcomes and improved access to care. Graphite’s application platform, SDK, and marketplace reduce the time-to-market and costs to deploy new healthcare applications, empowering software engineers and innovators to achieve the next breakthroughs in healthcare.
Graphite’s interoperability platform is at the intersection of some of the toughest challenges in health tech today. A large-scale mission-critical data system capable of supporting transactional application workloads and large-scale analytics workloads, the interoperability platform is built around one of the largest repositories of computable medical knowledge. The platform supports a large variety of high velocity data spanning structured and unstructured medical records, medical IoT, claims data and operational data.
