The ideal AWS Developer will be an enthusiastic and technology proficient person, who understands complex processing needs and cloud infrastructure of web applications. The AWS developer is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. Required Skills

• Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services architecture


• Familiarity with building lambda functions in Node.js or Python


• Knowledge of JSON architecture


• API integration experience


• Knowledge of CRM solutions and integrations with contact centers like Amazon Connect


• Working knowledge and experience with the following AWS Services

Certifications

• AWS Associate Developer Certification or higher


• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification


• AWS Solution Architect Certification (Recommended)

Nice to haves

• Contact Center architecture knowledge


• Working knowledge of voip communication protocols like SIP, WebRTC


• Experience building contact centers based on Amazon Connect Contact Center solution


• Salesforce Service cloud knowledge ( not a must)


• Salesforce knowledge ( not a must)


• Experience with WorkForce Management solutions


• Experience working with outbound dialers, campaign management

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a talented passionate and self motivated Software Engineer with experience in AWS, Node JS, Python


• You will be Responsible for picking the right AWS services for the applications. Leveraging AWS SDKs to interact with AWS services from your application


• Writing code that optimizes performance of AWS services used by your application.


• Code level application security


• IAM roles, credentials encryption


• Developing and maintaining applications written for Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon Simple Notification Service, Amazon Simple Workflow Service, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS CloudFormation, AWS Glue, EMR, Lambda etc


• Developing with RESTful API interfaces


• Programming with AWS APIs 


• General Troubleshooting and debugging


• Building cloud based data processing pipelines to transform large amounts data from a variety of sources
