Genesys Cloud CX IT Support Person
The IT support person for Genesys Cloud CX will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users of Genesys Cloud CX software. This role will require a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The IT support person will work closely with users to identify and resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance on using the software, and ensure the smooth operation of the system.
- Provide technical assistance and support to Genesys Cloud CX users via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues related to Genesys Cloud CX.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and implement software updates.
- Train new users on Genesys Cloud CX software and provide ongoing support to existing users.
- Monitor the performance of Genesys Cloud CX software and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure the overall health and stability of the system.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on Genesys Cloud CX software and related processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Genesys Cloud CX software support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX software, including its architecture and integration with other systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with network and system administration.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, and/or WebRTC protocols is a plus.
