We Are Looking For An Energetic Project Manager Who
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage 20-30 cloud voice implementation projects at a time. – (Cisco WebEx Calling, MS Teams Calling, Zoom, Marco Cloud Voice solutions(VaaS/UCaaS)
Provides a high level of organization and proactively communicates to internal and external clients to ensure a successful implementation.
Can think big picture and anticipate problems yet are still flexible enough to proactively respond to problems and pressures they didn’t foresee.
Someone with the ability to think "outside of the box."
Excels working in a highly collaborative team environment and maintains a positive “Can Do” attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm project scope and requirements
  • Create and follow defined Marco cloud voice implementation methodology including call flow design and number porting.
  • Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of Marco team members, third-party contractors, or consultants
  • Ensure timeliness of implementation to maintain monthly revenue forecasts
  • Lead frequent check-ins with clients and necessary internal team meetings
  • Record and maintain comprehensive project progress documentation
  • Perform scope management and change order management to accommodate and control scope creep within active projects.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification from PMI
  • Minimum 4 years previous related experience
  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as Office applications and project management tools
  • Ability to create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up-to-date
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people including the ability to present in front of a group
  • Act courteous and polite in written and oral communication and be able to get ideas across in a non-confrontational manner in all settings
  • Highly organized, ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of project activity
  • Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer orientated team.  Perform effectively as an independent producer under broad management direction
  • Project Management Professional Certification – Current and Good Standing preferred
  • Experience Managing data and/or carrier voice implementations
