InductiveHealth seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to be a steward of our private cloud infrastructure.

What you will do:
  • Steward of private cloud infrastructure supporting 24/7/365 software-as-service (SaaS) solutions
  • Responsible for operations and performance tuning of virtualization / hypervisor infrastructure including planning and implementation of additional capacity
  • Responsible for disaster recovery (DR) operations and exercises including generation of documentation and implementation of needed remediations to maintain RTO/RPO objectives
  • In collaboration with Technology and Product Development Teams, implement needed jobs and processes to automate technical activities
  • Troubleshoot and monitor networks including gateways, proxies, and MFA solutions
  • Monitors data center operations across multiple co-located data centers in the Southeast
  • Other duties as assigned

  • What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years as a Systems Engineer
  • Experience in private cloud delivery of software as service (SaaS) enterprise solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Preference for candidates with experience supporting 24/7/365 client operations
  • Experience in multiple OS platforms (Linux & Windows)
  • Experience with server and workstation Microsoft Windows products
  • Substantial knowledge of and experience working in a Networking environment, Windows platforms and local storage platforms
  • Strong foundation in active Directory, DNS, DACP platforms and best practices
  • SSO Integration
  • Experience in an environment that utilizes SOC2, HIPAA or FedRAMP Compliance
  • Experience in virtualization
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 application
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal English communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
