Listing Description

This role will provide leadership and ongoing support for existing and new Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) Application Implementation projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
•Provide expertise in the design, development, and configuration of the PBCS application to meet the functional requirements
•Resource will work with other cross-functional resources to ensure the solution is optimal for other cross-functional business functions.
•Resource will use his knowledge and his work experience about Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS to lead the project and create optimal configuration for the client’s business requirements.
•Resource will work with Highstreet’s Center of Excellence team to design customer solutions and identify resource staffing requirements along with effort estimates.
•Resource must be willing to travel to client locations as needed.
•Resource will work with the client to resolve client satisfaction issues including the timeliness and quality of the deliverables.

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
•The PBCS Consultant must have exceptional PBCS Application implementation experience. Additional attributes of successful candidates include the following:

o Must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience including business rules, implementation, and design
o Expert level knowledge and skills of PBCS Application including ASO, BSO, calculation scripts, and rules
o Proven expertise in writing and optimizing complex business rules and Calc Manager rules
o Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
o Thorough understanding of ASO and BSO cube architecture, database settings, optimization, and performance tuning
o Experience in security setup and management
o Experience in integrating PBCS Application with Oracle Cloud ERP using Data Management Tool.
o Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
o Good understanding of the budgeting and forecasting process
o Excellent skills in documenting requirements and translating the requirements into PBCS solutions
o Promptness is critical as are strong time management and organizational skills
o Exceptional attention to detail with quantitative and analytical skills
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
o Self-starter and highly motivated, thrive on challenges and proven ability to succeed in dynamic environments
o Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion  
o Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities
o Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment
o Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management, principal/customer relationship management and planning

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
•Experience with other EPM Suite modules such as FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS etc..
