We are seeking a results-driven, goal-oriented Senior Associate on our CRM Platforms Team. This role is a crucial component in delivering results for our largest, most distinguished, enterprise-level clients. You must excel in working with various internal departments including accounts, strategy and marketing, creative, email development, customer experience, analytics. It takes more than just technology to build good CRM, but it takes outstanding technologists to steward its delivery.
The ideal candidate must be able to understand how data, marketing technology and marketing automation delivers our clients’ needs and visualize the end result and deliver accordingly. You must be goal and result oriented, both on a large and small scale. Lastly, you must be prepared to meet deliverables, remain on top of all daily project activities, assess changes and risk management, and do so while working on multiple priorities.
What you will be doing Participate in internal & external stakeholders workshops and develop blueprints for building enterprise-quality CRM business applicationsCommunicate frequently with members of GALE’s Creative, Data Science, Client Services teams (among others), ensuring GALE’s principle of “No Silos”Prepare technical documentation around proposed design and new solutions developedBuild and configure automated processes, user journeys and 3rd party integrationPerform user acceptance testing for all solutions builtParticipate in all client and external vendor workshops throughout an end-to-end SDLC to capture requirements for CRM and data-driven marketing automation projectsReview and update the process in place to achieve efficiencies in the teamIdentify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-aroundsBridge the gap between the business strategy and technology enablers and drive value-based solutions.Understand and manage client expectations to enable a successful partnership between client and GALE Partners teamsParticipate in all appropriate product/sales training, certifications, educational sessions and industry summits to acquire and maintain knowledge necessary to be effective in the role
Who you are 2+ years minimum experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud2+ years of pre-sales and/or client-facing experienceProven working experience with CRM requirement gathering and Salesforce application designClient collaboration and workshop experience throughout the SDLCFamiliarity with building data models and managing data dictionariesFamiliarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and 3rd party integration techniquesA strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principlesCan speak the language of Salesforce automation and understand the overarching concepts behind itYou possess strong presentation and communication skills and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audienceYou have an entrepreneurial, creative and Challenger mindset with a passion for ensuring customer successYou can proactively develop customer relationships by listening, understanding and anticipating, and then providing solutions to customer needs.Experience with contemporary enterprise class software architectures and developments practices (Agile, DevOps, Jira/Confluence, etc.)
