We are looking for an ambitious and results-focused Azure Digital Architect for our Toronto branch! In this role, you will qualify opportunities and lead sales discussions with our clients to articulate the business and financial benefits of Long View’s Microsoft infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with Sales Operations and Account Managers to support account planning and optimize sales opportunities in all key accounts. You will be a team player to be a successful part of our fast paced, high performing sales team and contribute to our rapidly growing branch.
A Day in the Life:Grow the Microsoft cloud Professional Services business in Toronto and greater Toronto areaWork with the Toronto Client Services Managers and Practice Leads to grow the Long View business with a goal towards becoming the dominant player in this regionBuild strong field relationships, leveraging existing account and manufacturer relationships Portray Long View corporate messaging while serving as a technology leadership point of contactCreate value-based outcomes based on current service catalogsDevelop service proposals and contractsProvide technology leadership and support to the sales motion in multiple clients, with the goal of selling multiple managed service offerings into these accounts while becoming their trusted provider
What You Bring:10 or more years of experience working as a subject matter expert in at least 2 technology areas (Microsoft, cloud, virtualization and security), one of which must be MS AzureAdvanced level understanding of a wide range of technologies such as: - Server- Exchange - Active Directory - DNS/DHCP/LDAP - ADFS - Microsoft 365 - Teams - SharePoint - System Center Suite - Intune - Hyper V - VMware vSphereDeep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud including Azure (IaaS, PaaS), Azure AD, Azure SQL, Azure MFA (PaaS/ on-prem), Azure monitor, and Microsoft 365 service design and provisioningProven success in a technical pre-sales role with the capability to translate technical features into tangible business benefitsAbility to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal stakeholders and peersCapability to facilitate impactful envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessionsBusiness writing and presentation skillsExcitement about building your businessWillingness and ability to travel extensively within the greater Toronto area
