Your assignment
Reporting to our DevOps Manager (who is based in London), you will be be primarily responsible for ensuring the administration and security of our Cloud infrastructures in compliance with our SLA (Service Level Agreement). On a daily basis, you will interact with our Support Engineers, our Cloud Architect and our Delivery team members based in Europe & North America.
Things you'll be working on
As Cloud Operations Engineer within our Managed Services team, you will work on :
Monitor and maintain the system, data security, management tools and documentation
Deliver continuous improvement of recipes, scripts and templates for reproducible deployments
Create new environments using an infrastructure as code solution
Manage development repositories, build automation and application deployment activities
Participate in the resolution of level 3 tech support tickets by identifying solutions to problems escalated by the support team
Troubleshoot performance issues
Manage and deploy SSL/TLS certificatesMonitor and maintain hundreds of Atlassian applications

Our Security team has reported a vulnerability on the environment hosting our Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket application, could you please fix that vulnerability?
Would it be possible to integrate our Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket application hosted in Valiantys Cloud infrastructure with some of our on-premise systems?
What you need to be successful
A minimum 2 years of experience in System administration, ideally Cloud administration, especially in critical key account customer contexts.
Bachelor's degree pr diploma in Computer Science or a related field preferred
Linux administration
Cloud administration (AWS, OBS)Atlassian Suite: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence...Scripting (Shell, Python)Databases PostgreSSL Certificates ,
