The base salary range for this role is $176,000 per year - $264,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a STAFF ENGINEER at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to help build out our Engineering Excellence team. This role reports to our Director of Engineering Excellence and is responsible for defining, implementing, training, and executing against our engineering strategy, creating processes, and building tools within Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The Staff Software Engineer will have a broad scope of engagement with cloud technologies, site reliability practices, and CI/CD tooling.
