ControlUp is transforming the way IT manages systems and troubleshoots issues. We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help drive the next generation of ControlUp innovation, using the cutting edge of modern DevOps technologies. This role is a great opportunity to learn and develop security using common DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Charged on security implementation for internal and external tools using automation, scripts and common DevOps tools
  • Work within a team of professionals and be an integral part of ControUp’s success
  • Work closely with R&D, Security, and IT teams to enhance ControlUp’s infrastructure and security
  • Deploy and operate a large-scale platform.
  • Research, develop, and implement tools to support ControlUp’s infrastructure.
  • Be in charge of ControlUp’s production environment & system health (including on-call rotation)
  • Be a part of the CI/CD processes development
  • Troubleshoot complex issues 

    • Requirements:
  • Must - 2 years of experience as DevOps engineer
  • Must - Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows platforms
  • Must - Hands-on experience with cloud computing systems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Must - Software development and scripting skills
  • Must - Deep knowledge of networking, infrastructure and applications from a DevOps perspective with a security focus
  • Advantage – knowledge of security control techniques and how they can be applied in cloud-based systems
  • Advantage - Knowledge of security monitoring, prevention and control systems including web proxies and security software
  • Ability to assess and analyze a wide range of information to conclude how to improve the security of our systems
  • Excellent communication skills, team player.
  • Attention to details but also able to see the big picture
  • Perfect English skills (both written and verbal).
