AS DIRECTOR, EXPERIENCE CLOUD YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 



  • Perform as NeuraFlash’s key leader for Experience and B2B Commerce, supporting sales and customer engagements

  • Work as a senior member of our delivery teams, alongside senior project managers and solution architects, through all phases of key account projects, ensuring critical requirements are being discovered, and success criteria will be measured and met as a part of the solution design

  • Lead discovery and business process workshops during NeuraFlash Advisory Engagements, extracting key business requirements and success criteria, and consult prospects and customers leading Salesforce Experience Cloud Implementations and potential products/re-usable assets

  • Perform as a Senior Engagement Manager on key Experience Cloud projects. With a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance and approaches to engagement management, project management, and architecture teams. This position has a utilization target of 50%

  • Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Sales team, and other members of the Salesforce practice leadership team on pre-sales activities

  • Provide business consulting, best practices, and leadership; demonstrate a high level of Experience Cloud business and technical knowhow; and quickly build credibility for NeuraFlash

  • Continuously compile new industry trends and create awareness across the Experience Cloud practice and NeuraFlash leadership

  • Identify opportunities to create re-usable assets and new products around Experience Cloud

  • Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and train our team as required

  • Lead discovery and business process workshops, extracting key business requirements and success criteria, and consult prospects and customers

  • Lead the development of Experience Cloud related products and assets from ideation through customer delivery

  • Bring Experience Cloud industry best practices to pre-sales and project engagements


 


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud including B2B Commerce



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams

  • 5+ years of consulting experience at an executive support level

  • Certifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
