The position will provide functional leadership focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits applications and any related solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment. The position involves Benefits and HCM.
As a Subject Matter Expert, the Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead must deliver a solution that meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
•leading client Discovery sessions,
•developing and documenting requirements,
•conducting hands-on configuration as well as leading offshore in some of the common configuration
•working with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions,
•rolling up and reporting status to the Project Manager,
•leading client knowledge transfer and validation sessions,
•acting as a first point of contact for client resolution,
•leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs),
•resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and
•supporting deployment and limited production issue resolution for 30 days after deployment.
The Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead must have experience as outlined below:
Experience (must have):
•At least 5- 7+ years of Oracle experience
•Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Benefits
•Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations including hands-on configuration.
•Lead role on at least one Oracle Cloud Benefits implementation project
•Strong business communication and customer management skills.
•Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
•Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff
•Experience in multi-pillar (HCM/ERP) implementations
•Experience in Public Sector and Education
•Ability to work with other HCM Cloud modules is a plus
•Oracle Cloud HCM: Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent
