Why we're hiring:

To support the WPP Power Platform, SMEs are required to provide technical and operational support on all Power Platform troubleshooting issues across WPP and it’s opcos.

What you'll be doing:

  • Individual will be working as part of a team, helping to ensure the high quality deliverables of the Power Platform Team

  • Act as a SME and point of responsibility for all Power Platform Work received via email or MS Teams

  • Provide support and carry out troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving problems received from the organisation

  • Deliver leading edge Power Platform advice and delivery whilst gathering requirements to all our clients when assisting in the design and development of Power Platform apps

  • Assist in maintaining best practice guidance on all Power Platform functions

  • Some orientation to users for some MS Office applications may be required

  • Ensure organisation WPP IT policy (compliance/security) is adhered to with any request receive

What you'll need:

  • Needs proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position

  • MS Certification beneficial

  • Good ‘all-round’ understanding of the Microsoft M365 Environment (Azure, AD, Office Packages, Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, Security and Teams)

  • Experience of the Power Platform (PowerApps, Automate, BI) beneficial

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly

  • Ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for Power Platform

  • Ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms for explanatory purposes

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent time management, problem solving and organisational skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually on projects
