AHEAD is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud to join our internal IT Business Solutions Team. This position contributes to the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions, with focus to our customer facing portal, that enable AHEAD employees to provide exceptional service to clients.

As a member of our Business Solutions team, this role will be responsible for solutioning, administering, developing, and supporting capabilities of our customer portal.  The Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud, will work with the Business Solutions team in all phases of the application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance and support.  

Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce initiatives with a focus to our customer portal, enabled on Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
  • Drive UI changes to meeting customer persona needs
  • Develop, test and document declarative and custom development, integrations and data migration elements of a feature implementation
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
  • Create and maintain both process and technical documentation for new and existing features, application configurations, and help related materials for users
  • Provide users with technical support and training on custom developed application features
  • Log and track identified application problems, and contribute to resolution as needed
  • Stay current with new Salesforce and IT-related features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide high-level employee satisfaction for all engagements, including incidents and enhancements

  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of years of proven implementation experience designing and building Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities
  • 5+ years of years of proven experience supporting an organization larger than 250 employees in a Salesforce application administration role
  • Salesforce Administrator and Experience Cloud certification 
  • Experience with TradeCentric (formerly Punchout2Go), or other similar eProcurement platforms, is a plus
  • Experience at a technology reseller or professional services firm a plus
  • Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with responsive web development with CSS, HTML, Javascript, etc
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with excellent oral and written communication skills
