We are seeking a number of Senior Azure Data Engineers to join our growing practice in Sydney. A new program has just been won, and we now need to add further capability to the team who are tasked with delivering this program.

This will be a Databricks implementation, so Databricks experience is highly valued - certifications are well received too (if not we will get you accredited), and Azure certs are always welcome!


We need you to be able to demonstrate experience in most of the below:
  • Design, develop, implement, and support data management solutions to ensure that users have access to timely and trusted information
  • Develop, maintain, test, and evaluate large scale data processing solutions (in batch, near real/ real-time)
  • Advanced SQL, PySpark and Python experience
  • Data modelling knowledge or experience
  • Implement ETL processes/pipelines where required
  • Operationalise predictive models/machine learning algorithms in the data platform
  • Ongoing development and support of the data infrastructure (Data Lake & Data Marts)
  • Provide expertise and practical support in developing data platform solutions (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and advice to data engineering peers and other stakeholders on data management techniques, methodologies, and technologies
