The Cloud Cluster Administrator (OpenShift, OpenStack, and Kubernetes) candidate will work in R&D environment, and will manage the current self-hosted clusters (OpenShift and OpenStack) and expansion when needed.

The person in this role should also be able to deploy a self-hosted Openshift and Openstack cluster from scratch. The candidate should have knowledge of distributed storage, in particular Ceph, to be integrated with the aforementioned components.

This position will be located onsite in JMA's Bologna office.

  • OpenShift and OpenStack maintenance
  • OpenShift and OpenStack expansion
  • Distributed storage integration

    • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cloud clusters administration, 3+ years of experience is a plus
  • Experience in self-hosted Openstack cluster administration
  • Experience in self-hosted Openshift/Kubernetes cluster administration
  • Experience with distributed storage (Ceph)
  • Software and Tool’s knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Linux systems
  • Basic knowledge of Networking
