This position will be based fully remote. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

We are currently seeking to hire a DevOps Engineer who will report to the Lead DevOps Engineer and be responsible for leading the efforts that are supporting the development teams and underlying infrastructure. This is an opportunity to build and develop a DevOps culture within a growing technology and data focused organization.

Responsibility Examples

  • Support and improve our CI/CD pipeline tools to support the development teams working on a variety of software products.

  • Create relationships with the development teams to progress towards common goals.

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

  • Infrastructure as code, develop tools to deploy infrastructure for development environments.

  • Containerize applications to improve deployments and application resilience

  • Work close with development and quality assurance teams to streamline and improve workflows

  • Ensure infrastructure can scale dynamically and recover from disaster scenarios.

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Good understanding of security benchmarking

  • Managing development resources and access controls

  • Occasional after-hours work


  • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Security or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience in a DevOps position

  • 3+ years administrating Linux systems or Software Engineering.

  • 2+ years with Amazon Web Services

  • Experience running Kubernetes / EKS in production environments.

  • Understanding of at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Perl, GOLang or Ruby

  • Familiarity with CI tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, and GitLab

  • Professional experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet and Chef.

  • Strong knowledge with an orchestrator tool such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.

  • GIT

  • Experience with monitoring tools, APM, Logging and Infrastructure.

  • Brief Experience working with MySQL, Amazon Aurora, and Redshift.
