Overview
This is a full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement.  The lead will provide a functional leadership role focused on Cloud Finance applications and any related solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment.  The Lead should have an understanding of general Cloud Procurement business processes and touchpoints with Cloud Finance.

Responsibilities
As a Subject Matter Expert the Oracle Cloud Finance Lead must deliver a solution that meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. 
This includes:
•leading client Discovery sessions, 
•working with the Organizational Change Manager to conduct effective knowledge transfer
•developing and documenting requirements, 
•conducting limited, critical hands-on configuration as well as designing and directing offshore in other configuration,
•working with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions,
•rolling up and reporting Finance status to the Project Manager,
•leading client knowledge transfer and validation sessions,
•acting as a first point of contact for client resolution,
•leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and UAT,
•resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and
•supporting deployment and limited production issue resolution for 30 days after deployment.

The Oracle Cloud Finance Lead should have experience in the following cloud modules:
•GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
•At least 7+ years of Oracle experience (Cloud or EBS)
•Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials and an overall understanding of Procurement business processes and touchpoints with Financials.
•Experience in 3 implementations of full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials modules including hands-on configuration.
•Held the Lead role on at least one Oracle Cloud implementation project
•Strong business communication and customer management skills.    
•Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, hands-on client user knowledge transfer.
•Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff
