Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Business Development Manager to create and execute on innovative go to market (GTM) strategies that drive adoption of our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying target market segments and customer workloads, spearhead engagements with early customers, and building repeatable and scalable customer acquisition mechanisms for the broader market. As part of your role, you will also identify and enable strategic vendor, product, and channel partnerships for target segments and workloads. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop a GTM plan for key areas of the Crusoe Cloud business
  • Proactively identify customers, communicate the Crusoe Cloud value proposition, coordinate  customer PoCs, and negotiate long term agreements
  • Manage customer on-boarding to ensure customers are able to test, deploy, and scale their workloads on Crusoe Cloud
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams to assure consistency and coordination for your GTM activities
  • Establish a feedback loop to highlight customer requirements to product and engineering teams
  • Work with marketing to develop and launch external messaging including customer testimonials, blogs, and case studies. 
  • Work with sales to scale the business for long-term growth

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with technical business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven ability to earn trust and manage relationships with customer C-suite and VP-level leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the infrastructure needs of global businesses
  • Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, networking, databases, and managed services
  • Broad understanding of relevant workloads including machine learning (ML), high performance computing (HPC), and graphics 
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders including product management, engineering, and marketing to highlight market trends, champion customer needs, and educate customers on best practices

  • Salary range is between $195K and $210K+. Stock options are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
