POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Cloud Alliances Manager is responsible for developing and scaling the Harness sales pipeline through co-selling with the cloud marketplace providers to accelerate growth of Harness. This role will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for co-sell, connecting the Harness sales teams with the cloud provider sales team, working with the Harness sales team to develop strong sales hypothesis for target accounts, communicating the value of Harness to the cloud sales teams and  building and driving field collaboration, while focused on the Harness software and services offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience generating net new business through cloud partners and cloud marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate co-sell pipeline and revenue by developing go-to-market strategies with cloud partners
  • Develop joint business plans with cloud partners to deliver against joint targets.
  • Establish thought leadership with cloud partners to influence their GTM and sales strategy to be in alignment with the Harness Platform.
  • Work closely with cloud partners and sales teams to identify mutual prospects, resulting in new business meetings and co-sell pipeline.
  • Establish enablement plans to help cloud partners develop technical pre-sales and post-sales capabilities which drive customer success.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud partner plan
  • Work closely with Harness field teams to drive cloud partner collaboration and alignment.
  • Participate and support business reviews with Sales Teams
  • Help to build and promote cloud partner co-sell

  • ABOUT YOU
  • Passionate about developing and working with the partner ecosystem.
  • Proven revenue track record of quota achievement 
  • At least 1-3 years of technology sales experience 
  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully establish partner strategies which generate co-sell engagements 
  • Established relationships with cloud partners
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability of outlining and establishing partner strategies.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment. 
  • History of accurate forecasting and business reporting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and other sales oriented tracking tools.
  • Demonstrate leadership that promotes and embodies the Harness Values.

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,000 - $115,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
